Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot Alcohol degree: 13% Tasting notes: An easy and young wine, very pleasant. Intense ruby colour, with violet hints. Good aromatic intensity, reminding of dried fruits, mixed with aromas of blueberries, prunes, and some spicy notes harmonizing with the oak. Good body, pleasant in the mouth and nice tannins that make the wine luscious, balanced, harmonic and persistent in mouth. Ageing: 10 months in French oak barrels. Longevity: Good for immediate consumption but it will evolve with 4-5 years more in bottle. Temperature of service: 15-18°C
