Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot Alcohol degree: 13,4% Tasting notes: Pomegranate pink colour, lightly reddish. Delicate aromas of wild fruits, with hints of pomegranate, roses, strawberries and floral touch. Light and delicate palate showing a very balanced acidity, bringing freshness and preparing the palate for the summer heat. An enveloping wine which displays correct and lively tannins and alcohol. Ageing: Fermentation in stainless steel cubes. Longevity: 2-3 years, however expressing best its characteristics when young. Food matching: Oysters, grilled shrimp, fish with delicate sauces, as well as canapés. Temperature of service: 4-6°C
