Light notes of menthol, with notes of fruit in syrup. The palate expresses potency and tightness, duly coated by elegant tannins. It is an elegant and balanced wine, with nice ending and long pleasant persistence. Ageing: 15 months in French oak barrels. Elaboration from selected grapes from the best vineyards, with long maceration, separation by press and no filtration. Longevity: 10-15 years Food matching: Game meat, like partridge, savage duck and boar, with spicy sauces but not very peppered. Temperature of service: 18-20°C
