Made from careful selection of grapes, with direct pressing at 0.5 atm, taking advantage of only the obtained wort. The combination of the intensity of aromas and delicacy in the palate of Chardonnay, with the aromatic finesse and structure of the palate of Pinot Noir, provided an excellent base for the said Sparkling.
